What do they do?They're held on to the engine mounts by rubber,and they're usually wedge-shaped.I have a 2001 corolla and I noticed one of them fell off and was wedged in between the mount and the engine mount bracket causing the engine to vibrate the whole car like crazy.I pried it out,and the vibration went away.
