Here are some more information for Titanium Valves Head:

Probably the most popular type of armor in fiction, plate has existed in one form or another for thousands of years. From the early brass plates of the Roman legions to modern Titanium ballistic armor, this simplest of armors has a long and distinguished history. But the armor that comes to mind most readily is that of the 15th century. The full plate of knights dominated the battlefield for hundreds of years until armor-defeating weapons became too common to ignore.
Starting from the top, we have the armet, the stereotypical knights helm. Moveable parts allowed for a helm that entirely encased the head, the first kind of it's era to do so while still being light and compact enough to be practical. Attached to the armet would be a gorget, a steel collar designed to protect the neck and the uppermost part of the torso.
Several pieces worked together to protect the torso. The torso itself was protected by breastplate, often a combination of a cuirass to protect the breast and a plackart to protect the lower torso. Pauldrons were also coming into fashion in this era, replacing the smaller spaulders for shoulder protection, and unlike the spaulders they extended to protect the armpits.
For the arms, we again have several pieces working together to provide protection while maintaining mobility. Part of the pauldrons extended downward to protect the upper arm. At the elbow, we have the couter, a piece that was evolving to become more articulated as technology advanced. Vambraces would protect the forearms, and gauntlets the hands and part of the forearm.
Finally, for the legs and feet we start with tassets, plates attached to the bottom of the breastplate and extending over the upper legs. Cuisse protect the thighs from attacks that might avoid the tassets. An articulated poleyn would protect the knee. For the lower legs, greaves would protect both the front and the back, and sabatons would finally cover the feet.
Other than these primary pieces, there were often a variety of filler pieces to cover gaps and weak points in the armor; mail to cover places unprotected by plate, known as gousset. Round plates known as rondels, to protect joints and other gaps. Bands known as lame to protect points needing articulation such as the thighs, shoulders, and waist.
All these parts worked together to turn knights into unstoppable juggernauts on the field of battle. Hopefully now you'll appreciate the thought and care that creating such armor took...and the difficulty of knowing how to put it on!

Yamaha Yzf-r1 : The Road Monster
Yamaha YZF-R1 is a natural born land rocket by combining the technology from the race track with a great design compare to other super bikes in the same category. It is quite a while since it first appearance but from its unique performance in every aspect makes the YZF-R1 still in most bikers mind.
Foe anyone who owns this R-1, you don't have to be worry that your model will fade through time because the Yamaha has made a great design for it. As time goes by this bike still be trendy and even for the minor change they never miss every little detail. If you look at the minor change it looks a lot like the old model but actually more than 200 parts are change. Specially the body parts, it may look alike but the Yamaha has to redesign it and test the arrow dynamic force to find the best model that will has the least wind resistant. The front mirror angle is reducing by few degrees. The front head light is uniquely redesign and added the air duct ability to help cool down the intercooler and the engine itself. For the back mirror, the size was longer and moves the position higher for better seeing. Other than what they mention above, the overall weight is also reduced by 2 kilograms.
The frame is the newly develop frame from Yamaha under the name of Delta-Box II and used in the first time in the R-1 and later used in the R-7 which is the best super bike of the year. The new frame is lighter, stronger than and not as big as the earlier one.
The new engine technology that is used in this monster is lighter but more powerful. It is a 4 cylinder Double Overhead Camshaft engine uses the Genesis 4 step technology 998 cc. The cylinder diameter is 74 millimeter and the pull length is 58 millimeters and the compression ratio is 11.8:1. It produces 150 horsepower at 10,000 rounds per minute with the torque 11.0 kilogram-meters at 8,500 rounds per minute equipped with a six speed manual transmission. The gear plate is small and changes the ratio for 1st gear to close to 2nd gear. The cylinders use the ELEC-TROPLATING technology to reduce the occurred friction and also helps cool down the temperature. The fuel injection they use is from Mikuni 40 millimeters with a special system that will transfer the data to the ECU. The fuel rail is bigger. The start motor is smaller and shorter by 12 millimeters. The valve cover is made from magnesium for lighter weight. The muffler was redesign and the muffler tip is made from titanium.
The last change is the fuel tank. Yamaha has removed a support from the end of the tank and reduced the size by 5 millimeters which gives the comfortable feeling while you are riding it. The overall design is impressive and creates the modern look.

Honda h22 or f22 with basic mods?
Would I come out better performance wise by swapping out my f22 for a h22 or by adding stage 2 camshafts, titanium valve springs, ported and polished heads, and a stage 2 clutch to my f22a1 engine? I don't want to race I just want to have the extra horses if I feel the need them. I also would like the most reliable setup. If you are not familiar with the h22 engine please don't answer!
the h22 will give you more power stock then you would get from a f22a with cams, camgears, valves and retainer, and cltuch, etc....the f22a1 only has max hp of 125..plus all the add ons to get about 160 at most...while the h22 has an average of 180 hp to give with no upgrades....and also the h22 swap uses the same axles and motor mounts as the f22 ...
