Garden furniture could be made from a variety of materials such as wood, glass, plywood, wicker, and more. It could be covered with one or more types of upholsteries made from leather, vinyl, wool, or other strong material. These require varying types of care.
Simple Advice
You can clean this furniture with a garden hose in some cases, believe it or not. This is especially the case if you own weather treated varieties of this furniture that is becoming a highly coveted choice nowadays.
However, it is important for you to realise not all lines of garden furniture is weather proofed. Therefore, take precautions as you clean it and also it is important that you remember to not leave it in the sun indefinitely if your outdoor collection is not UV-shielded or waterproofed.
This becomes particularly important if you own a wicker set. Also, realize of course that spraying loads of water at an upholstered set is not very highly recommended. This obviously would be the easiest way to damage it.
However, since you took the time to read this you are probably looking for something you don't know. For instance, you might need to get started on some simple tips on how to clean a variety of surfaces.
Surface Care Tips
Leather: One of the latest recommendations concerning the cleaning a leather living room furniture sofa is to make sure you use the proper water-based soap. Make sure you do not use any harsh cleaners such as those that have silicone in them, which many standard leather polishes do.
Some of them that are just pure oil may work, but also use these with care as many of them contain ingredients that would sooner or later would ruin your living room furniture sofa. Therefore, be extra careful.
Wood: Make sure you wipe down your wood furniture as often as you can, with a damp cloth dipped in water or dipped in a safe cleaner. If you notice any liquid spills, take care of the matter immediately.
Otherwise, the liquid could seep into the wood in time this liquid could cause the wood to rot. If you spot any flaws in your wood it may need to be sanded, repainted, and then possibly refinished.
Glass: First wipe piece off with a damp cloth to eradicate any excess dirt and buildup if the piece has not been cleaned in awhile. For this task you can use a web sponge to the surface with either plain water or vinegar and water.
Metal: Depending upon the metal, it normally is cleaned with either a damp cloth and then instantly wiped down. If you are wiping chrome, steel, bronze, or other metal it may be a good idea to look a specialised cleaner. Otherwise, you could impair the metal.
A How-to Installation Guide for the True Flow Intake
Before I dive straight into the quick and easy steps that it takes to install both True Flow intakes that are available to get a performance boost under the hood, here's some background on why I though their brand was pretty strong. There are several to choose from these days so I wanted to really know that I could trust and believe in what I was throwing under the hood.
Here's what I gathered from my own research. True Flow air intake systems are a unique departure from traditional air intake systems. The factory air box is left intact keeping the airflow cooler while protecting the filter from debris and moisture. The factory filter is replaced with one of True Flow's foam, high-flow, lifetime filters. Finally, True Flow eliminates the factory air tube, which can have restrictive mufflers or resonators, and replaces them with the high-flow, powder-coated, mandrel-bent tubes and reinforced silicone couplers for maximum velocity.
True Flow kits are easy to install and maintain so I'll let you know the easy 5 step process to do so. Each kit contains the necessary hardware required to install. No modifications are needed, and all factory breathers, sensors and hoses are left intact.
Here's one fun fact you should know:
One reason stock air intakes are so restrictive and oddly shaped is noise reduction. When you replace this with a high-flow pipe, your engine growl will increase slightly. The noise is not overpowering, and will not drown out your conversations or music.
Not only is a performance air intake one of the most essential upgrades to your vehicle, it happens to be one of the easiest additions to install. With little more than a common socket set, a couple of screwdrivers and half an hour's time, you can have your new air intake in place and ready to roar.
Detailed instructions are included with every intake kit. These instructions go through:
1. The simple process of removing your stock intake system (including the tube and air box)
2. Installing the new air intake in just a few minutes to stock mounting positions.
3. No cutting, drilling or other modifications are required.
4. What you do with your limiting stock intake next is, well, up to you.

What's the best way to cool the engine after installing a stain. steel serpentine pulley kit on my '96 T-bird?
I just had a March brand serpentine pulley kit installed and I noticed that I may be generating a BIT more heat that usual. Feels like it and the temp gauge is a tad higher due to the way they're spinning- my guess. Other than a cooler of some sort, what's the next best BASIC item to install to cool the temp a good 50-70 degrees F; i.e.- silicon hoses, fan, new radiator, etc.?
I don't think you need to. If it's only a little bit of more heat, your engine can easilly handle that. Even if it's a lot more heat, again no heat, at least not with the engine. I mean, how hot can it get??? You know how hot an engine gets, right? (if you don't, do a couple laps around town and go and touch the exhaust manifold). The ONLY possible danger I can think of, and even this is a stretch (a long shot at best), is that you might possibly damage the paint job on the hood in the area above the source of the heat.
I might add, I highly object against the advice of the other answerers on this page to put in a lower thermostat! That could lead to MUCH more serious problems in the long run.
Don't worry about it. Leave it alone. It's fine.
