When it comes to the best thigh exercises, you see a lot of ads promoting all of these fancy so-called thigh-toning machines, and inner-thigh blasters, and thigh squeezers, and so on. Trust me when I say that you don't need any of these silly "thigh-blasting" machines to tighten and tone-up your legs and butt for good.
As always, the best exercises for the thighs come in the form of free-weight or bodyweight exercises. You really need not look any further than various forms of exercises like squats, lunges, step-ups, and deadlifts to get those sexy tight thighs that you desire. Also, there are dozens of variations of these basic exercises that you can choose from, so the truth is that you are really just wasting your time with all of these fancy thigh machines and inner-thigh gadgets.
Let me give you an example of one of the best thigh exercises you can do. I'm sure you've done some form of lunges before. There's probably about a dozen different variations you can do and they all kick butt!
One of my favorite variations of lunges are walking lunges. Instead of standing in place and either lunging forward or lunging backward one step and coming back, with walking lunges you keep moving forward on each step for a certain distance and then turn around and come back. Challenge yourself for more distance each time or start carrying dumbbells to increase the resistance. Walking lunges done right are a real thigh-burning exercise!
A couple pointers to keep in mind when doing walking lunges:
1) Step far enough forward so that your front shin stays approximately vertical and your front thigh is about parallel to the ground at the bottom of the step
2) The leg that is trailing you should have a bend in the knee at the bottom but your knee should just come short of touching the ground. Do not touch the back knee to the ground during these exercises.
3) Pause for a split second at the top of each step before lunging forward again.
Alright, now that you have the basic walking lunge down, let me give you a couple ideas for variations that change the emphasis just a bit for working the inner thighs, outer thighs, and butt in a slightly different manner.
One variation is that you can step at an angle outward on each step forward. Another variation is that you can step at a slight angle inward on each step forward. This inward stepping walking lunge is fairly unique and sometimes called a cross-over lunge. It really stretches out the butt and hips.
So go ahead and give these lunge variations a try and you'll be tightening up those thighs in no time flat. Just say no to the fancy machines and use these classic bodyweight exercises and some free weights and you'll be much better off.

Tata Motors Ltd. has launched an indigenously designed car that is accepted largely by Indian and European car buyers. The four-door hatchback Indica rolled out in England as the City Rover. And now, Tata Motors is back with its peppy version.
Key Features
The Indica V2 Xeta is a petrol power plant and comes with two engines: a 1.4L and a 1.2L. The 1.4L Inline-4 Petrol engine generates 70 bhp @ 4,800 rpm while the 1.2L generates 62 bhp @ 5,000 to 5,200 rpm. The car's suspension is tuned to precise functioning and perfect wheel balance, thus improving the ride quality. The straight line stability of this hatchback is worth applause. The rack and pinion steering is responsive, which helps ripping in narrow city lanes. Slam the brake pedals; the front disc and the rear drum brakes bring the car to a halt in no time.
Topping the scales, the Xeta is an excellent cruiser and can do a lot with its 475 SI Multi Point Fuel Injection System with 32-bit microprocessor that ensures a super smooth ride. Design
The new subtle body style is welcome; it adds some freshness to the peppy new Indica Xeta. The smiling chrome grille and eye-shaped headlamps get a tweak. The fit and body-build is fine for the Indian market. The C-pillar is broad but still it does not obstruct the rear view of the driver. All the trims get body-colored bumpers, mirrors and wheel flares. It is roomy inside, comfortable for five and a perfect value for the money paid. The instrument gauge gets an electronic instrument cluster, with two trip meters equipped with light intensity controls. The rear seat backrest can be folded for more cargo space. Driving the V2 Turbo is a pleasure now, as the four-spoke power steering is more responsive. Refinement is evident but comparing it with the Korean and the Japanese cars' performance would be expecting too much of this small car. Some of the standard exterior features include molded of lining and door trims, tinted windshield, door and tailgate glass, variable intermittent type wiper, body-colored whl arch flairs and bumpers, and sill valence covers. And the Xeta is just made to pep up the road!
Conclusion
A perfect value for money car, with good specs, standard looks and spacious interiors that is so necessary. After all, whats the fun without the gang?

Cost To Repair Trailing Arm Mount Metal ?
I have a car in good shape, the arm that goes from the rear axle to the unibody, is good, its where the mount bolts to is rotted to a rust hole the size of a cd.
what would it cost to have a new peice of metal welded in?
First ask yourself, is it worth it? (Not being an jerk, this is not an easy fix) Most shops won't touch it. Too many liability issues. Find a car like yours at a salvage yard and cut that section out, along with alot of the surrounding metal. Next, remove all the rusty metal around the hole on yours, until you get to clean metal. Cut and shape the replacement piece to fit, leaving some extra to weld to. Weld it together making sure that the alignment of the pieces is perfect. (If not the suspension geometry will be off) Apply a good rustproofing coating. I would suggest you find someone willing to help you with this project if you feel unsure about your welding abilities.
