I was at a snowboarding competition yesterday and I fell racing another girl. I landed on my back and instantly my legs went numb and i couldn't move them. I'm only 18 and have a decent tolerance for pain but i dont think i can handle much more of this. I have 2 compression fractures in my back and 1 in my pelvis. They gave me crutches to walk in but that also hurts really bad. I'm on pain medicine but it doesn't help very well. Any suggestions in dealing with the pain?
they prescribed me tylonel 3's and before i left the ER they gave me a shot of morphine but that was yesterday... i cant take the vicodin which is what they wanted to percrive me because im allergic... I don't thin the tylonel 3's are enough though because im still in so much pain
