Here are some more information for Pressure Regulator Fpr:

Today's vehicles are designed with an electronic fuel injection system (EFI) that ensures the right amount of gas is delivered to each of the cylinders. It prevents starting problems as well as engine-related issues, such as stalling during idle, misfiring, and a lack of power during acceleration.
As with all components, however, time and use will slowly take their toll. The individual parts of your fuel system will perform less effectively, and eventually, may fail altogether. When this happens, you'll experience one or more of the issues mentioned.
The goal of this article is to help you identify problems that are preventing your fuel system from working properly. Because there are so many parts that can affect this system, we'll focus primarily on diagnosing a "crank, but no start" problem. We'll also assume the other two pieces of the combustion equation - compression and ignition - are fine.
Troubleshooting A No-Start Problem
Suppose you turn the key, and hear your engine cranking. Unfortunately, it fails to start. Assuming the problem is fuel-related, it can usually be traced to one of a few root causes. First, there may be too little pressure in the system; second, one or more of the fuel injectors may be failing to work properly; third, the fuel pump might be malfunctioning; and fourth, the fuel filter may have become clogged, preventing fuel from flowing to the injectors.
The easiest component to check is the fuel pump since it makes a distinct sound when it is working. Lift the hood of your car, and have someone crank the engine while you listen for the pump. If you hear nothing, it means the part is not working properly. This may be due to a faulty relay, or the pump itself may have failed.
Assuming the fuel pump is working fine, turn your attention to the pressure level in the fuel system.
Testing Pressure In The System
Your vehicle requires a certain level of fuel pressure for the engine to start. It varies by make and model. If the assembly cranks, but is refusing to start, there's a good chance the pressure has declined below the necessary level. The challenge is figuring out the reason it has happened.
There are several pressure tests you can perform on different parts of your fuel system. For example, a fuel volume test will help determine whether there is a sufficient volume of gas in the supply line. The pump may work fine, but still fail to move enough fuel into the line.
You can also perform a static pressure test. This will reveal whether the fuel pump is weak, even if it is working. The test can also reveal if the supply line is clogged by something, preventing gas from reaching the injectors.
Another test will assess whether the fuel pressure regulator (FPR) is working properly. The FPR sits in the supply line between the gas tank and engine. It helps manage the pressure in the line, and makes modifications based upon the load placed on the engine. If the regulator fails, the pressure will disappear, starving your engine of fuel.
Replacing The Fuel Pump
Let's assume you have narrowed the problem to a failing fuel pump. In most vehicles, this component is installed inside the gas tank. You'll need to remove the tank in order to remove the pump. Make sure you disconnect your battery prior to doing so.
With the tank removed, open it up and inspect inside. Note any signs of rust that may have accumulated. Also, take a look at the filter screen on the pump to check whether dirt and other debris have been caught inside. If so, this may be the reason for the lack of pressure in the fuel line. Install the new pump, reinstall the fuel tank, and reconnect your battery. Assuming the pump was the problem, your engine should not only crank, but start easily.

Beside the video, there are also some free sources out there when you have BECOME a home inspector. Checklists are a verygood start for new AND experts home inspectors. Why? Sometimes we may forget something when in rush, or other rushing us.
This old house, did a checklist (fall season) home inspection checklist: http://docs.google.com/viewer?url=http://img2.timeinc.net/toh/static/pdf/fall-checklist.pdf
some of the example
EXTERIOR
❏ Check for cracks in asphalt or concrete on driveway, sidewalks, and paths. These can be a tripping
hazard, and can invite water that will do more damage during the colder months.
❏ Make sure retaining walls have no bulges or loose areas. One heavy rain or snowfall, and you could have
a mud slide on your hands. Make sure the weep holes built into the wall are clear.
❏ Examine porches and decks for sagging ceilings, loose rails or boards, and damaged steps. Check to
make sure the posts are still firmly in the ground and not loose, or worse yet, rotted completely out of the
footing.
PLUMBING, including BATHROOMS and LAUNDRY
❏ Look for signs of leaks in all exposed pipes, and in areas where pipes run through the walls or
foundation.
❏ Look for signs of corrosion, which could indicate a problem with the water, or with the pipe itself. Watch
for green stains around brass and copper fittings and on shutoff valves, a sign of either corrosion or
electrolysis caused by mismatched metals. This will cause leaks and bad connections if left uncorrected.
❏ Check the water pressure. Low pressure could mean a problem with the line or just sediment buildup in
the faucet aerator or shower head.
HEATING
❏ Take a flashlight into the furnace flue and look for a buildup of soot or rust. Tap on it to see what falls;
rust is a sign of condensation, which is cause by an inefficient furnace. Have a pro service the system
regardless of what you find.
❏ Make a solution of dishwashing soap and water, then brush it on ductwork joints-wherever there are
leaks you'll see bubbles in the soap.
ELECTRICAL
❏ Check trees around the house to be sure they're not threatening wires.
❏ Open the panel and look for new scorch marks around breakers or fuses. Also check outlets for scorch
marks, which could be a sign of loose and sparking wires.
❏ Look for loose outlet covers, receptacles, and loose boxes, which may have to be refastened to the studs
while the power is turned off.
INTERIOR
❏ Now that summer's humidity is gone, check doors for swollen spots and sticking.
❏ Look for loose hinges and doorknobs.
❏ Check the floor for popped nails, loose boards, loose tiles, and springy spots that could be a sign of joist
trouble.

The next big question would be,
How much money do home inspectors make?
According to wiki.answers.com, independent home inspectors can make 225 - 300 per inspection. A one bedroom one bathroom condo most of the time took roughly about 1.5-2 hours. You could multiply some hours that you will be putting in and charge accordingly.
For a start, I would not suggest you to charge an exorbitant amount of money. Start low when you're building your network and referrals. From the first year, you could make about $30,000/year, and after the referrals build up you could make around $50-$60/year depending on how much time you put in.
A tip: Make sure you build your network around real estate agents. I recommend to some home inspectors when they get referred by a real estate agent, send them some cookies or gifts and they will more likely refer you more people.
Never underestimate the real estate agents referrals. You will most likely be referred if you're nice to them and they usually have serious buyers with them.
If you're not confident enough, you can work with large home inspector companies and pay considerably less compared to contractors.
Find out yourself what you think is the best choice for you.
The online home inspector training of the future
One of the more reliable online home inspector training is undoubtedly Allied Schools. You can access their online home inspector training website here: http://www.homeinspectioncourse.com/
I like how the website is simple, not too much clutter, enough information, and that is it.
Oh, and also, it is accredited by DETC. (remember if you choose a different site for your online home inspector training, MAKE SURE they are accredited by the DETC. Some may look cheaper, but cheaper does not always mean that they're good.)
some of other ones that DETC Accredited:

(i can't do anymore linking after 2 links. Sorry)
As for me,
I'm still working fulltime and have my home inspector career as my side job. If I get laid off on my fulltime job, I still have my home inspector career working for me.

Fuel Pressure Regulator rating on 3.0L Shadow?
Wondering what the pressure is for the FPR on a 3.0L (6G72 SOHC) Shadow engine.
Apparently the part numbers, and the part themselves, for the FPR on a 6G72 Shadow engine and a 6G72 Caravan engine are different, which is obviously stupid.
Caravan FPR is at 48 PSi, so what's the Shadow's FPR rating?
they do show a different part numbers but the amount of pressure is still the same, chrysler changed part numbers several times on different parts,in order to make it appear they was different, but they both run the same amount of pressure, good luck.
