No power to the car at all, not even headlights.?
The battery is good. The key broke inside the ignition so I stuck a screwdriver into the wires to try to start it and I accidentally hit the wrong wire and now the car has no power whatsoever. I can't find an inline fuse on the battery cable.
There is no clicking sound or radio or interior lights, dash lights, or headlights. There is NOTHING.
Is it the starter solenoid?

It is probably a fusible link in a main wiring harness. Sometimes this requires purchasing a new wiring harness, but sometimes you can replace a fusible link, or bypass it with a fuse.
