Here are some more information for Pipe Non Catalytic:

I'm a bit of a skeptic and when the ol' ex told me he had converted his fleet of service vans to run on water and cut the companies gas bills in half, I had to laugh. Supplemental hydrogen generators increase gas mileage by 50%, yeah right!
Now I have to tell you that my ex-husbands idea of how many service vans make up a fleet and my idea of what three beat up old work trucks actually constitute is not really the point of the story.
He had made the statements with a straight face so I listened to his pitch. He told me that if he showed me how to build a hydrogen generator for under $65 that had the potential to cut my gas bills in half would I consider excusing some of the back child support he owed me.
I figured I wasn't going to see any money from him anyway so I said I'd consider it after I looked over the plans. He said to come by the office and he would give me the plans and show me one of the hydrogen generators he had installed in one of the work trucks.
Gas prices had not gotten out of control at that time but I was still feeling it every time I had to fill up and if there was even a remote possibility that I could increase my gas mileage and save money, I was all ears.
I was kind of shocked when I saw the hydrogen generator he had built and asked him to shoot straight with me, did it really work. I saw it bubbling away and the van was running a lot smoother than I had remembered.
He showed me the gas receipts, which of course could have been fudged, but I figured if he was lying and just trying to buy some more time to get together some money to support his kids then I had only myself to blame for ever marrying the man.
The economy is bad and getting worse and we had one mild winter so I know his heating and air-conditioning business was suffering and although our marriage had not worked out, he had never lied to me and was one hell of a father, so I took the bait.
Glad I went with my gut instinct that he was telling the truth. I built the hydrogen generator over the course of a single weekend and had it installed in no time. It did not require any alterations to the engine or electronics of the car and was really pretty easy to build and install.
I tested it for a few weeks and noticed that my mileage did in fact go up. I was getting maybe 15% or so...a far cry from the 50% the ex had promised but it was still pretty awesome.
I had mentioned this the next time I saw him and he asked if I had addressed the oxygen sensor that our crooked auto-makers, oil companies and government had come up with to ensure we would get really lousy gas mileage and use more heavily taxed and rapidly dwindling oil.
I had actually read about the oxygen sensor in the guide he'd given me and did not believe that the government would allow this blatant dishonesty to ensure they kept generating tax dollars off the gas we bought.
I can assure you that the big three DO NOT have your best interest in mind and that your car uses only about 25-30% of the available energy in a gallon of gas for forward motion. The rest is a complete waste and so much of that expensive gas goes unburned that the government had to mandate the use of expensive catalytic converters to hide the evidence of all that raw fuel being blown out your tail pipe.
I built an inexpensive device to bypass the sensor and my mileage went through the roof. The hydrogen generator that I had built my self for just a few dollars had not only increased gas mileage but my car had more power, was quieter and ran a lot smoother.
Pretty darn cool and I can't believe this has been kept quiet for so long. The hydrogen generator has been around since the early seventies and researchers have been creating HHO gas out of water for almost a hundred years now.
It really does work which is quite surprising because of the simple and affordable design but some of the best ideas are quite simple but have no economical value to develop so you never hear about them. I'm glad the ex stumbled onto this cool supplemental hydrogen generator that truly allows me to run my car on water!
Want to build one yourself? Of course you do! I have a guide at my website that will show you, step by step how to make this hydrogen generator to use water for gas. It's freakin awesome and the tax hungry government can't do anything about it! Go to http://MylaMadson.com/hybrid
Basic Components of an Exhaust System
If your exhaust system could be compared to a pair of lungs, then stock components could be likened to a pair of lungs after smoking two packs of non-filtered cigs a day for 20 years. Sure, they'll sustain your life—just don't plan on running a marathon, climbing a steep flight of stairs, or even reaching for the remote too quickly.
An exhaust system is composed of tubing that expels spent gases away from the controlled combustion taking place inside your engine. Streamlining the removal of these waste gases provides peak performance by increasing horsepower, gas mileage and overall fuel efficiency. Unfortunately, like most of the stock components on your vehicle, your exhaust system doesn't come from the factory pre-designed for optimum performance. But with an understanding of the basic components, you can easily and affordably upgrade your exhaust system and maximize your vehicle with the following performance parts.
MUFFLERS
Mufflers minimize the force and noise created by a running engine and are even required by law in some states. They work by reducing pulsations created by exhaust gases while permitting the spent gases to pass freely through the system. To contain and minimize unwanted exhaust noise, mufflers are lined with wool, fiber mat or fiberglass, providing an insulated sound barrier.
PIPING
Even with aftermarket exhaust components, there's still a performance-robbing flow restriction between the turbo and the exhaust. Downpipes remove this bottleneck and provide huge gains in horsepower, torque and throttle response. Similarly, an h-pipe or x-pipe provides a restriction-free path for exhaust gases to escape. Though often selected through personal preference and the unique demands of a particular vehicle, an x-pipe is said to be slightly more effective than an h-pipe due to the precision-bent and welded pipe angles, which are somewhat less abrupt than an h-pipe.
HEADERS
Headers connect to the engine at the exhaust ports and serve to collect exhaust gases from the cylinders. Typically made of cast iron or fabricated tubing, they provide a miniature exhaust pipe for each cylinder, routing the exhaust to a centralized collector. The pipes of an exhaust header are tailored to each make, model and year, so they fit under the hood and allow the exhaust gases to arrive sequentially in the collector as each cylinder fires. This process eliminates back pressure and allows the cylinders to operate more effectively.
CATALYTIC CONVERTERS
Catalytic converters reduce the amount of pollution produced by an internal combustion engine. Hot exhaust gases containing carbon monoxide and oxides of nitrogen and hydrocarbons travel through the exhaust pipe where they're filtered through a coating of precious metals on the converter's substrate. Not unlike a charcoal filtration system for tap water, the substrate weakens polluting chemicals and converts them into exhaust.
EXHAUST TIP
Adding muscle doesn't always have to be 100% functional. With an exhaust tip, you can beef up the appearance of your ride by capping your tailpipe. An exhaust tip is highly versatile and available in a number of styles and finishes, including flush edges, angle cuts and turndown bends, with finishes that include polished and black powdercoat.

what problems will I have if i remove catalytic converter?
1995 Chevy S-10 Blazer... if i cut out the catalytic converter and replace it with pipe... what will happen to the truck? I am in a NON-emisions-testing state. If my cat is bad I know it will help it run smoother... and more efficient... right?
Performance wise probably nothing but it may trigger a "check engine" light.
