Here are some more information for Off Road Trophy:
The Steeple Trail is located outside of Alpine, AZ along the east-central border of AZ & NM. The trail is located in the Blue Wilderness area and access is limited to only hiking and pack animals. From the intersection of US191/180 in Alpine, AZ travel east on US180 toward New Mexcio approximately 4 miles. Perhaps 1/2 mile before reaching Luna Lake, travel south on the Blue Road for approximately 30 miles into the Blue Wilderness Area. Travel time from Alpine is over an hour due to the winding gravel mountain road and frequent river crossings.
This area is not well known to most hikers given it's fantastically remote location. However hunters have known about the area for years and flock here in the fall to hunt mule deer, white tail deer, trophy elk, turkey, bear and mountain lion. The Blue River could support a native trout population, however Arizona Game & Fish does not have plans to stock the Gila or Apache Trout at this time. The best time to hike "Down on the Blue" is from mid-November to the end of March. The elevation is just above 5000' along the river and the mountains soar to just under 10000'. The temperatures along the river is very hot during the summer and this supports a large rattlesnake population, especially the Black Rattlesnake or Timber Rattler by it's local name.
The Steeple Trail is at an elevation of approximately 5200' and is well marked off the Blue Road and has a small parking lot along with a NFS kiosk - there are no facilities at the trailhead. The trail head is located on the north-western section of the parking area and immediately travels uphill. The first three miles of the trail take you to the top of Steeple Mesa, we like to call it "Rocky Mesa". The trail on the mesa and the mesa itself is littered with fist sized rocks that make quick travel almost impossible. If your ankles are weak, you may want to consider hiking poles and a pair of boots with good ankle support. Once on top of Steeple Mesa the trail heads due west for 4 miles where it intersect with the KP Trail to your left (south) or continue to the right (north) on Steeple Trail # 73. From the intersection you are approximately 1/4 mile from Mud springs, the only available running water on the trail.
Above Mud Springs the trail becomes less navigable and finally approximately 1.5 miles above Mud Springs (7700' +/-) becomes downright impassable. There have been several wildfires in the area and the trail is clear to Mud springs, but don't bother with traveling beyond....I tore up a shirt and a pair of hiking pants log hopping through very thorny New Mexican Locust trees during our recent trip. Once this was one of the finest trails in the Blue Wilderness Area, it allowed access up to the KP Rim (9800') and then onto Hannagan Meadow Lodge. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this as a destination as travel time will dwindle down to less than one mile per hour.

Atp Cincinnati Masters – Murray Takes Trophy Home
The Cincinnati Masters which is part of the nine Masters Series tournaments in the ATP tour was just recently held in Mason, Ohio and to this day it is the oldest tennis event played in the United States. For the surprise of many, the last two men standing were the Serbian Novak Djokovic and the Scot Andy Murray who has positioned himself in the number 6 spot in the rankings after grasping the title in a thriller match.
On his way to achieve his fourth title the Serbian Djokovic was able to beat the unstoppable Spaniard Rafael Nadal, who will soon become the new number one tennis player in the world, after a 32-match winning streak during their semi final game. The world number three Djokovic continues his pursuit for a better spot but the point gap between Nadal and him is now bigger, the difference stands at 1,065 points after the double win the Spaniard was able to pull by grasping two Grand Slams consecutively.
Nevertheless the US$2,750,000 Cincinnati tournament was a delight display of tennis for the fans as these two sensational players reached the final game. Both of them knew that winning this tournament will unfold the road for the final grand slam scenery in the Big Apple within a couple of weeks. Murray whose game has been in ascension after a long-time wrist injury he was unable to recover from until recently showed his best qualities and skills in the sport. He smartly enough knew how to move the pieces and with amazing back hand strokes stunned his rival in two sets.
The final score of the match was 7-6, 7-6 and it latest approximately two hours and 22 minutes. It was a game full of rallies, tie-breaks, and volleys as both players challenged each other constantly. It was amazing to see how much Murray’s game has improved in the last months and how clean his moves appear on the hard surfaces. On the other hand, Djokovic did not step back and his ground strokes continued to surprise us all even Murray who by the very end seemed tired but held on until the last second.
Murray did mention that “I played in these conditions all week so maybe I was more used to it."There were lots of long, long rallies which took a toll and we were both tired at the end.” Regardless of the long runs this did not make a difference for the Scot who risked his games with heavy constant attacks that drained all of his opponent’s energy.
Now, the Scot moves into the sixth position of the world rankings closely followed by the Argentinean Nalbandian and the American James Blake who are approximately 200 points behind him. The next weeks will be quite in the ATP circuit as the Olympics approach but the action will continue in New York City where history will be written for the top players and those who believe can take on better positions in the 2008 ATP race.

jeep cherokee tire size and clearance is it really important?
i see that land rover discovery for example do camel trophy, where there is heavy mud and off road trails with no clearance and normal size tires, with yes mud thread. should i put normal size tires, and leave my stock suspension? of course with off road mud tires.
also what is the highest tire size with stock rims and suspension? can i put 30x9.50r15 on 1998 cherokee xj

I have been on many of road trails in my daily driver on 30x9.5 15 BFG AT tires. It has been a lot of places people said I could not go.
My off road truck has 33" tires and lockers and will make it a few places that I won't take my nice truck.
Stick with the 30"s for a while and see where all it will go.
