Installing a 3rd seat in the front of a Chevy Cargo Van?
I own a 2001 Chevy Cargo Van and was looking to install a 3rd seat in the front of it. Here are my two questions regarding the procedure:
1. Is this even safe?
2. Does anyone know how to do it or where I can obtain the mounting brackets and seat?

We did this in an old dodge van- went to a pull-apart salvage yard. Drill new holes through your metal floor and bolt it down. Don't forget a safety belt.
