Edelbrock is advertising their E-Force supercharger for the 4.6 24v mustangs but they never mention other vehicles that use the same modular 4.6 engine (ie. f-150, tibird, marauder, cv...)
So I was wondering if there is something about the short-block on the mustang that differentiates itself from the 4.6 that is installed in other Ford vehicles?
There may be nothing but I've been searching and I havent found anyone that has dropped this super in any other vehicle other than the 'Stang... any idea why?

The edelbrock E force is for 3v 4.6L's only, they don't make one for the two valve. The heads are much different, 3 valves per cylinder and variable valve timing. The throttle is electronic, the ECU is completely different, and the intake manifold is different that the 2V 4.6L as well. There are substantial differences.
