We developed these in response to requests from customers with long skinny legs that want a Thigh High Leg Warmer that truly covers their thighs. These also work excellently for those under 5 9 desiring tights like complete thigh coverage to the groin without the seat of the pant. **Please Note: Extra Does Not Mean Better. If you have short legs, under 5 8 feet tall you most likely would rather our 28 Inch Thigh High or be prepared to scrunch the leg warmers. With that said, if you do desire a sweater like feeling over your complete leg, these will do the trick. We have customers from all age ranges & uses who enjoy the length & functionality of these extra long leg warmers, especially in the cold months.
