Saturn ION 05 Cold Air Intake (CAI)?
I have a LEVEL 2 stock (4 door) Saturn ION, 2005, from Canada.
The engine is the 2.2 Ecotec, no other mods.
What do I need to consider when upgrading the cold air intake?
I understand there is a MAF sensor that affects the engine, with how the fuel is used etc... Is it possible to upgrade to a better CAI and have the MAF work properly, without going to a mechanic?
What brand should I be getting? and where is a good place to get one, without being ripped off?
I am perfectly ok if it's loud, as long as it filters the air to the engine, and adds some power.
I am willing to do the mod myself.
