In this article we're going to take a quick look at whether you can really build your own hydro fuel cell to power your car on water. With the gloom and doom surrounding the current global economy, it is indeed timely to search for ways to cut back on your fuel costs. If you're anxious to save more money on your monthly gas bills, then read this article now.
If you're anything like many folks I know, the hydro fuel cell is something new to you. Fret not...I'm going to give you a quick run down. Basically a hydro fuel cell is a device that leverage the chemical process known as electrolysis to break down ordinary water to form a gas called Hybrid Hydrogen Oxygen, or HHO for short.
This gas is then injected through the car's intake manifold (or air intake) into the internal combustion engine to supplement gasoline. As HHO gas is 3 times more potent than your regular gasoline, the result is a highly efficient fuel mix that burns completely...and cleanly too.
So what does this mean for you. Simple. A more efficient fuel combustion means you get more miles per gallon of gas. And here's the ugly truth...Do know you the cars you and I drive burn ONLY 20% of the gasoline we put in? That's an industrial fact. A huge 80% are WASTED as heat and emissions that pollute our environment. It's little wonder that the hydro fuel cell is quickly gaining popularity in the realm of alternative fuel methods.
The beauty of this homemade device is that it can boost your fuel efficiency by at least 50%. How much you save, of course, also depends on your vehicle type and the traveling conditions.
If you're looking to buy a hydro fuel cell from your regular auto parts store, you're not likely to find one as these are currently not made for commercial consumption. BUT, if you're a handy man and loves tinkering things around the house...I've good news. With a little bit of time and some elbow grease, you can assemble and install this gas saver right in your own backyard.
If you need a little help, there are lots of excellent manuals available on the Internet that you can download cheaply. One particular manual that I'm using provides step-by-step instructions, fully illustrated. Many of my neighbors with no technical expertise were able to build their own hydro fuel cells with one of these guides. Best of all, you'll be glad to know you don't need to modify your car engine at all to get this fitted. The entire system can be mounted easily under your car hood.
What about the parts and materials? You can easily get them from your local hardware store, or even find them lying around your home or garage.
With the economy now in the doldrums, why not learn how to build your own hydro fuel cell and save on your gas bills? Like many folks I know, you'll be glad you did!
Want to build your own hydro fuel cell but don't know where to start?

Learn the Truth About Hydrogen Fuel Systems
Hybrid Hydrogen Oxygen (HHO), is gaining much popularity these days. Perhaps its popularity is due to the high prices of gas in the world market. Many car owners as well as homeowners are trying to understand how hydrogen fuel systems work.
You might also be wondering how hydrogen fuels makes cars run. Well, all these questions will be answered as you read on.
Some of the most frequent questions are:
1. Are the hydrogen fuel systems difficult to assemble?
2. How does the system work?
3. Is the hydrogen fuel system a must nowadays?
You don't have to be an expert mechanic to assemble a hydrogen fuel system. You can easily find an instruction manual or video to help you with the assembly. The HHO car kits are now widely available in major stores at a reasonable price. You can easily purchase the kits, and later assemble the various parts of the HHO generator.
Aside from the HHO kits, those who don't like do-it-yourself activities can purchase ready-made hydrogen fuel system. But of course, if you opt for this alternative, it can be quite expensive. Try to compute your yearly gasoline expenses. The cost of the ready-made hydrogen fuel system is still not that expensive. With a one-time investment of the system, you can expect a lot of savings in the coming years with which you can use in purchasing other more important items.
Some people don't want to conduct Internet researches as they feel that they will be overloaded with lots of useless information. Even if you've gathered the needed information, it is useless if you don't take time to read. In order to understand how the hydrogen fuel systems work, you should do your homework.
You must read and understand everything to better understand the process. The 'Electrolyzer' will produce HHO fuel from the mixture of oxygen and hydrogen. The hydrogen fuel is sent to a carburetor or an intake manifold so that the vehicle will run smoothly; achieve better mileage, calmer engine, faster acceleration, etc.
A lot of people find themselves at a great loss due to the very high price of gas. If you make use of Hydrogen technology, you will enjoy the benefits that come along with it. By using hydrogen fuel systems, you can save a lot of money, save the planet by decreasing the emission of greenhouse gases, and you can also keep your car in peak performance.
With the rising price of gas and basic commodities, you will need to look for an effective alternative energy source.
Now that you understand the important aspects of hydrogen fuel systems, don't you think that its time for you to try it out? You don't have to buy a new car, as your existing car will do. All you need to do, is purchase a HHO car kit or buy a ready-made hydrogen fuel system. Start shopping for it now.

Will a leaky intake manifold gasket cause a 3 cylinder engine to be hard to start in the morning?
1989 diahatsu charade 3 cylinder....I removed the intake manifold to check the fuel injectors....fuel injectors had a good spray pattern. I didn't have a replacement intake manifold gasket, so i used blue rtv sealant the best I could.
Yes A intake manifold can make the vehicle hard to start, but also make it miss.
First let's determine that the intake is truly leaking. Once you have started the vehicle take a can of starting fluid with the red straw on it and lightly squirt around the intake where it bolts up to the head, the engine will reb up if there is a leak in the intake manifold. Don't get crazy with starting fluid because it is very flammable. You can even pinpoint the very spot of the leak by gently squirting starting fluid in the suspected area of the leak.
