I received this fan as a from a friend but the bracket was not in the box. I am afraid to buy just any type of ceiling fan bracket for fear that the fan will fall from the ceiling once it is truned on. I would appreciate any help that I can get. You can buy them at Lowe's. I recently hung a 52" ceiling fan in my bedroom using a Reiker Super Fan Brace from Lowe's. It is item # 31790 & Model # 22200-CC. Price is around $15 in my area. It comes complete with everything needed to hang your fan. Although I opted to purchase an additional metal box (make sure it is ceiling fan rated), extra wire, and wire nuts just in case.
