FV-20NLF1 The Panasonic WhisperLine in-line 240 CFM bathroom fan is designed for multiple-task ventilation. This means that you can ventilate multiple areas or multiple rooms with just one fan. For example, you can place inlets over the shower, tub, toilet and/or vanity in a single bathroom and still use just one fan. In recent years, homes have become more airtight and energy efficient. While this lowers the cost to heat and air-condition a home, it also retains pollutants that can be hazardous to its occupants. One way to improve the air quality of the home is through whole-house ventilation with a Panasonic WhisperLine bathroom fan, which removes ''stale'' air and provides fresh air on a slow, continuous basis. Here are some more information for Exhaust Balance Pipe:
Exhaust Balance Pipe

When you contact a reputable manufacturer they should ask you for most of the information you are about the figure out using the points below. If the manufacture does not have this information, they will not be able to adequately evaluate your requirements and propose a system that will work best for you and your project. Taking the time to outline your exact requirements will save you time and countless hours of frustration resulting from having bought the wrong machine. This exercise will also save you from under- or over-buying.

  1. Make a list of materials that you will be cutting most often; for example, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, ferrous or non-ferrous.
  2. Figure out the range of thicknesses (gauge) that you will be cutting the most.
  3. If you plan on cutting many different types of materials and thicknesses figure out which materials and thicknesses you will cut most often.
  4. What is the size of the plates you will be ordering (width, length, thickness)? You will need that information for the manufacturer to properly size the table, the effective cutting area and the weight capacity of the plasma cutting equipment.
  5. Can you anticipate which types and sizes of materials you may be using in the future? If you can figure this out before hand it could cost substantially less by incorporating those requirements now rather than retrofitting your system at a later date.
  6. What are the tolerances you will need the plasma cutting equipment to maintain? These figures will go a long way towards determining whether you need a precision system.
  7. How many hours-per-day and days-per-week will the plasma cutting equipment be operating? This will allow the manufacturer to determine the type of base machine construction you will need and you can compare the cost/benefit of consumables life of various manufacturer's power supplies.
  8. With high temperature cutting there is always a need for ventilation and exhaust, do you have an exhaust system? If so, what is the capacity in cubic feet per minute (CFM)? If you use a water table you do not need an exhaust system, if you have a down-draft table then you will need adequate exhaust systems.
  9. Will you need to expand the system or add additional plasma and/or oxyfuel cutting stations in the future? Some machines have fixed cutting areas while others can be extended in length to increase cutting area or accommodate multiple cutting tables. Some set ups can only accommodate one or two plasma cutters and/or oxyfuel cutters while others can use slave stations for a combination of up to 10 plasma cutters and oxyfuel torches.
  10. Figure out where you will be putting the machine in your facility. Be sure to note any hazards, obstructions and access points that will have to be considered when laying out the new system. Also, figure out how the material will be delivered to and taken from the plasma cutting equipment so that you can lay out the entire work flow.
  11. Note the power you have available, both amperage and voltage.

Armed with the information gathered in this exercise you are ready to work with a manufacturer to design the system that you require.

Plasma cutting is different than regular welding. If you do not know what you are doing you may risk serious injury. Find out more about plasma cutting at http://www.glowingplasma.com

will chopping my honda rebel 250's exhaust pipes harm the engine (valves)?

i am only asking because i have done a small airbox mod and a friend recommended that i mod the exhaust to balance flow. I want to cut it right where the weld bead is for the baffles however i am worried about burning valves being its cut so short. I have seen many "bobbers" with this done but can not find any threads to account for the safety of this mod. I would prefer advise from a 250 owner whos familiar with this model and mod. Thanks in advance (BTW, this bike is a primary vehicle with 60+highway miles driven per day(1,500/month). also has a sproket mod changing final gear ratio 14t/30t)

I've been told that with IC engines there is danger that when you shut it down an exhaust valve may be off its seat, and if cold air flows into the engine that valve could get warped.

Perhaps that is the real problem here, not burning valves during operation, which would be determined by mixture.

Note on dragsters, where pipes are very short, the crew puts tennis balls in them to prevent that.

The ultimate - Walkinshaw’s fire-breathing GTS
NOT counting out and out drag racing hotrods somehow registered, the Walkinshaw E2 Supercar is possibly the ultimate legit' road Commodore.
