I borrowed a 570 holley street avenger to aid me in my carb. selection with my internally stock sbc 350......i has edelbrock intake, nothin radical.
I dont know if its not tuned to my motor, but it seems to stumble when i start to roll from a dead stop. and it seems to be starved around 2250 rpm...any idea on tuning or advice on selecting a correct carb..
tune it.you want a bigger shot acc pump,down in size on the powervalve,and depending on what your looking for,bigger jets,and a different spring in the secondaries i believe.it also helps to change the shape of the fuel float tangs geometry to where it opens and closes faster,and then running a slightly lower fuel level.
