Here are some more information for Dual Feed Carb:

Ever since the Ford Motor Company released the 1964 Ford Thunderbolt, it was a surprise to many that their production only continued for over a year. All told there were only about 100 units of these cars ever produced. The Thunderbolt had a four-speed transmission and it was an automatic. It is of common knowledge that most automobiles in America at this time were automatic since the stick shift had low preference value. This was because driving a stick shift back then, was seen as a harder way to drive.
The car possessed a 427 High Riser racer engine that had a distinctive ram air induction system, twelve to one compression ratio, aluminum scatter pump, dual 4-barrel Holley carburetor, tubular headers, trunk mounted battery, revised drag suspension, heavy duty breaks, electric fuel pump, gauges, tachometer, drag tires and special wheels.
This type of engine was already street legal in America as early as the 60s - that is why a lot of street racers grew fond of the 500 horsepower vehicle.
The Thunderbolt was very lightweight, which was in fact a big advantage for car racing since the lighter the car, the faster it would figuratively fly. While this wasn't the fastest muscle car in its class, it could really hold its own on any drag racing strip. However, this car isn't so popular because of its power, but because of how rare it is.
Due to its minute production, the 1964 Ford Thunderbolt is like caviar to car enthusiasts since only a few were ever produced. There even was once a countrywide search for the few ones that could still be auctioned or bought from previous owners. That is why the thunderbolt is one of the most sought after muscle cars by collectors, much like the Super bird.
Sure enough, this superb muscle car is indeed a gemstone in the automobile industry. For those who are lucky enough to own the Thunderbolt, it can fetch up to as much as $200,000 at an auction, making it one of the most valuable classic cars I know of.

Choosing Cheap Gas Powered Weed Eaters
A gas powered weed eater is a powerful outdoor tool used in trimming or cutting hard-to-reach areas of lawn. It is basically a mixture of gas and oil, along with great features that will suit your budget needs.
Weed eaters are designed with a rotor at its pole end. It spins at high speed with the use of a nylon wire. It can cut even tall grasses and barks of trees. Most of these gas powered types weigh 9 to 14 pounds, having two engine strokes. This can start with ease and even run cleanly. However, it still needs to be pulled in order to create an exhaust emission and for tune-ups.
Determining the best gas powered weed eater as a supplement for lawn mowing is an effective strategy. Here are some ways you can consider:
• Decide what fits your lawn or garden needs. Assess the landscape. Consider how big the yard is. Gas powered weed eater are best for larger properties, especially in cutting down overgrown grasses and plants. A lower horse power weed eater can manage thin grasses also. These straight shaft trimmers can easily reach shrubs. This is while curved ones weigh less.
• Check its capabilities. In order to reduce fatigue, a lighter trimmer is the right choice. A good balance can be obtained by adjusting the handle in front. Checking for smooth controls can add an evenly distributed weight.
• Choose a smaller gap or protective sleeve. Wrapping around and cutting head tops with gaps on tall grass will slow down the use of weed eaters. Problems can be avoided with the use of a smaller gap around the shaft.
• Determine the needs of the weed eater parts. Gardeners can choose between nylon cords and plastic blades by the wacker blades. Nylon cords need frequent replacement while plastics can break easily. Both are inexpensive with effective usage.
• Choose a more quiet type motor. Some gas powered trimmers are noisy and may require you to wear hearing protection. Many manufacturers are introducing quiet-running engines already.
• Consider the brand models in the market. Manufacturers of weed eaters can present a wide array of professional but budget friendly features in the marketplace. Big names include Weed Eater/Poulan, Ryobi, Homelite and Craftsman. Weed Eater, Poulan and Poulan Pro product lines can give the best value, with outmost quality and durability. I need help with a lazy 355!?
I recently bought a 355 it has stock lower end stock heads with self aligning roller tip1:6 rockers a 465/488 lift 282/292 duration 114° lobe seperation, parts plus dual plane aluminum intake and a holley 750 dual feed single pump carb., stock 3.08 gears and a th350c that i rebuilt with a shift kit. This engine is very lazy at the low end (take off to about 3000 rpm's) and comes on pretty strong from 3000 to about 5500 or 6000 rpm's. I know the 3.08 gears are not helping matters but it won't even power brake or spin a tire from take off!! Any help/suggestions would be great!! Thank you for your time. Brad
Wrong camshaft for the application. You installed a camshaft designed to work best at high RPM when you wanted low end torque.
Comp Cams has a free program called Cam Quest. Correctly fill in all of the blanks and be honest with yourself with what you want this engine to do and you will be much happier with the results.
Download the file on the second link for a brief 2 minute tutorial of the capabilities of this program. The program will even simulate a dyno run on the engine to give a rough idea of what you can expect from your engine.
As with any computer program, the "Garbage In - Garbage Out" rule applies. The more accurate the information you enter into the program, the better your results will be.
Also, your carburetor is a little big for the application. With a carburetor, bigger is not better. There is such a thing as going too big. Your 750 CFM Holley is good for about 7500 RPM on a 355. Kind of a ridiculous number for a street engine. In reality your 4 barrels never completely open because the engine can't take in enough air to open them. A 650 would be more appropriate and would be good for a more reasonable 6500 RPM.
Keep the dual plane intake. It is appropriate for better performance at lower RPM.
For street use use smaller tube headers. Large tube headers don't do you any good until high RPM, not appropriate for street use.
