I think that Steve Letarte is very intelligent and good at what he does. He always makes good calls and does well under pressure. I do miss Ray Evernham though...

Steve Letarte and Jeff Gordon work great together. Jeff gives good feedback on how the car is handling and Letarte makes the changes that Jeff needs to have a faster car. Steve always makes smart calls and has won several races for Jeff on a strategy call.
