Here are some more information for Copper Exhaust Gaskets:

A felpro head gasket is a gasket that is located between the engine block and cylinder head for a internal combustion engine. A fel pro head gasket seals the cylinders to ensure maximum compression and avoid leaks of coolant or oil into the cylinders.
Head Gasket Types
These typically gasket consist of three layers of steel. The contact faces are usually coated with a rubber-like coating such as Viton that adheres to the cylinder block and cylinder head.
Solid copper -- A solid sheet of copper, copper gaskets are extremely durable.
Composite -- these are made from asbestos or graphite and are more prone to blowouts. Asbestos gaskets are rare due to health concerns.
Gasket Problems
Occasionally, the compression in the cylinder will cause a leak to form in the gasket and the gasket will have to be replaced, I would use a felpro head gasket or a gasket set. The use of aluminum rather than iron cylinder heads makes this problem more prominent but aluminum has a much greater thermal expansion, which causes more stress on the head gasket. Engine makers have reduced this problem by adding Teflon to the surface of the head gasket.
If the gasket fails, problems will, from compression loss, to exhaust gases being exposed to the cooling system and causing the engine to overheat. I had this problem with one of my cars and how I found the problem was my motor oil was white. This is a sign that antifreeze is mixing with the oil. Coolant can also end up in the cylinders causing steam that can damage your exhaust.
A damaged head gasket can cause leaks between cylinders so use a pressure gauge, or do a leak-down test, to see what your compression loss is. Driving with a blown head gasket can cause extensive damage from overheating and loss of oil. Burning oil is usually Blue exhaust smoke.
Prevent Engine Leaks With the Saturn Head Gasket
A Saturn head gasket's main function is to seal all the combustion chambers and also the coolant and oil channels between the head and the block. Because of this, it is positioned between the engine block and cylinder head in an internal combustion engine.
A Multi-Layer Steel or MLS in one type of gasket type that is commonly used by most engines nowadays. This consists of three layers of steel which makes it very durable. Another head gasket type is the solid copper which is a solid sheet of copper that requires o-ringing in order to place a piece of wire around the circumference of the cylinder which adds to its durability. The composite gasket type, on the other hand, is made of asbestos or graphite which cause great health concerns and make it even more susceptible to blownouts.
A Saturn head gasket is blown when it develops s a leak due to the compression in the cylinder. This causes causes compression loss that will eventually lead to reduced power, an increased engine wear and also, it will likely cause the engine to overheat, therefore contributing to overall engine damage. Other engine conditions including preignition, detonation and overheating can contribute to overall gasket damage.
A constant update on the latest procedures of installing Saturn head gaskets is also a must. Installation errors usually occur due to inaccurate and outdated information include wrong surface finish, use of wrong sequence, procedure or torque specifications when tightening the head bolts, reuse of damaged, stretched or dirty bolts and the use of a sealer on a gasket that does not require a sealer.
The total life span of a Saturn head gasket is about 150, 000 miles. It usually needs to be replaced every 150,000 miles. Moreover, it must provide a leak-free seal from the moment it was installed. This is to keep coolant out of the cylinders and ensures that oil, water, gasoline and exhaust gases stay inside the engine so it can function properly.

Custom Programmed ECU?
I have a 2004 Toyota Celica GTS 6 speed. With Blitz Supercharger Kit (intake manifold, supercharger, air intake, intercooler.) Snow Performance Stage 2 Water/Methanol Injection with Nitro Boost (nitro methane) in the mixture. I also have a custom 3" exuast. A thinner copper head gasket so it has a higher compression ratio. I will also be using 94 octane with Torco Accelerator Unleaded Racing fuel (so octane will be close to 100). Also have upgraded the ignition system.
I need a custom ECU that will take advantage of all this, the ECU that comes with the supercharger is not good enough. I need one that takes advantage of the 100 octane, water/methane, and no backpressure exhaust. I already emailed JET, they cannot custom program an ECU for this applications. Anyone know any companies that can program a custom ECU for this appications. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
At this point, you'll probably need to install a full standalone ECU and take it to a dyno shop for tuning (unless you find a place that is both a dyno shop and has hacked modern Toyota ECUs). You can't order a tune for this car by filling out some kind of form, because this sounds quite different from what a chip tuner is likely to have tuned. Dyno Dynamics and Mustang both post lists of who has their dynos online, so this will be helpful in finding a shop.
