Here are some more information for Beretta Gear Position:

A berretta is a well known manufacturer and makes guns of high quality. The .25ACp caliber is generally considered ok as a back up gun, but is on the small side for a standard carry gun. I use a 1911 style .45ACP as my normal carry gun. I switch to a Walther PPK in .380ACP when my clothing won't hide a .45.

Most people carry a gun that fires a 9mm parabellum, because it is a little smaller than a .45ACP, and is still powerful enough for protection. Of course, a .25ACP gun is a lot better than no gun, but it is a little small to be recommended as normal carry gun. Hawes rim fires are not uncommon. That company is or was an importer of firearms manufactured. Many Hawes firearms were imported from Italy and were copies of American Civil War guns.

Giving people suggests on what they might want to use because I have a lot of experience with those. The major brands all make quality products, but I recommend that you first try a gun before buying one. Try to find a shooting range in your area that will rent you the type of gun you'd like. That way you can make your own evaluation. The range people will also show you how to use it and show the differences from other models.

Another gun would be The S&W model 686 is indeed an excellent revolver. If the price is right and its in good condition, I'd seriously consider purchasing it.

The nice thing is that your wife should be able to shoot the revolver easily with 38 spc loads. In that frame/weight recoil will be relatively light. The only concern that I would have is her ability to grasp the grip. That is one you'll have to size up for yourself. If the gun will fit her hands, you are good to go.

As for you and your personal desire for "more oomph", go with 357 cartridges in a bullet designed for your intended purpose/s. Even if you too decide to shoot it with 38's, it still has way more "power" than the 22 semi-auto that you have been directed to by others.

I think that you both will have a firearm that you can enjoy shooting and your shooting options are many more with this revolver than any 22 semi-auto. In fact if you are purchasing it in part for home defense and/or personal protection... don't even think about a 22 cailber.

The best thing is to practice, but you also need a way to see any mistakes you may be making. Assuming that you are somewhat proficient with strong hand shooting, you can compare that to your weak hand shooting.

Many people ask another shooter to watch them shoot and note any flinching, creeping as the trigger is squeezed, anticipation, pulling, etc. But I think that a much more effective way is to position a video camera on a tripod and use it to analyze your shooting technique.

It is important that the camera be mounted on a tripod, and not handheld, so that any undesired motion is more easily detectable.

First, video your normal strong hand shooting, using the same techniques that you will use with the weak hand. Then do it again with the weak hand. Note anything found and then try it again, being conscious to try to avoid the problems that were found. (The video can also be useful to improve your strong hand shooting, if you saw any mistakes there.).

Porsche Grabs Success From Audi

Timo Bernhard and Romain Dumas took another overall victory for the German Porsche at the American Le Mans Series Mobil 1 Grand Prix of Mosport with a late pass on the struggling Audi of Allan McNish.

The Scot appeared to have the race wrapped-up heading into the final stages. However, McNish was unable to hold on when his R10 became stuck in fourth gear.

"I was so busy trying to pass slower traffic and maintain my position ahead of the Acuras and my teammates for the LMP2 victory that I did not realize the Audi was having mechanical problems," Bernhard narrated. "I thought he had made a pit stop, and was having trouble getting back up to speed. It was only after I passed him and could not see him again in my mirrors that I heard on the radio that his car had trouble."

Since April, Audi have still not won a race overall in the ALMS. The team’s only other victory came in June at the Le Mans 24 Hours. Audi brakes should put a halt to the negative race results in order to bring back the success that was previously theirs.

"We were in a very good position and had the Porsche covered on lap speed," said McNish. "But with seven or eight minutes to go I had a big problem coming out of the hairpin and was stuck in gear. We don't know what happened. The car was great before the end. We had the race under control."

At the end of an arduous two hours and 45 minutes of racing, however, it was the No. 7 LMP2 Penske Racing Porsche Spyder driven by Bernhard and Dumas that emerged a little bruised, but not beaten, for the win, said the Toronto Sun.

With the win, Bernard and teammate Dumas gave Penske Motorsports its second straight team prototype-2 title. "We have shown in the past year that this team is one of the best. But we already knew that," Dumas said. "Everyone knows the success of Penske Motorsports and Roger Penske. Last year we had a nice car but the competition was not so high. This year we have a new car and thank goodness for that."

The ALMS featured four types of cars driving at the same time. The speedy prototype-1 and prototype-2 cars shared the track with the heavier and slower Grand Touring-1 and Grand Touring-2 cars. "We were fighting for the class win," Bernhard said. "The Penske Porsche was perfect and to win on this historic track is icing on the cake."

For McNish, the team’s loss was devastating. "We had the dominant car all day," said McNish. "We were finally able to show just how great the engineering of the Audi R10 was when the gear box stuck in fourth."

Johnny O'Connell and Jan Magnussen took their second GT1 victory this season, after the Corvette of Oliver Gavin and Olivier Beretta lost time due to a crash with a prototype car.

Additionally, Mika Salo and Jaime Melo had a relatively quiet run to a GT2 victory for Risi Competizione, after the pair gained a lap on their class rivals early in the race, Auto Sport reported. Salo was the only GT2 driver who had not been lapped by the leading Audi of Dindo Capello when the first full-course caution of the race came out, and after that the pair just had to stay out of trouble to take the victory, the report continued.

What's wrong with my 1995 Chevy Beretta Z26?

Ok, so whenever i try to start my car in the morning it takes multiple tries just to get it going; once it's going it runs just fine. But if i turn it off and let it sit for a little bit and try to restart it wont start. you have to let it sit for hours just for it to start fine. Whenever it does decide to start it's hard to get it in gear. Once you put it in gear it will shake then die out. Also, whenever i am at a stop sign/light, i stop and when i try to go again its shaky and you literally have to floor it to get it going. whenever im at a stoplight/sign i have to keep 1 foot on the brake and 1 foot on the gas just to keep it running.
I have no idea what the problem is we already changed the following..
Spark plugs, Spark plug wires, coils, control module, crankshaft positioning sensor, and the fuel filter.
Do any of you guys know what i could be? thanks

Idle air control valve, dirty throttle body and intake, lot of deposit on intake valves, leaky intake gaskets, vacuum leaks, bad fuel pressure, mass air flow sensor or air inlet hose leaks, O2 sensor not reading properly. Those are the most common things that cause the syntoms you mentioned. Do you have a check engine light? Check what the codes are.
