It is difficult to choose which Network Marketing company is best for you, especially as there are hundreds to look at. Nobody else can tell you what will work for you, but here are some points to think about when you are deciding which one to make your home.

1. Company management - do the members of the management team have experience as distributors? If not, they will not understand the challenges you face and they may make decisions from a corporate perspective rather than from that of the distributors. I would go a step further and suggest that they should still be actively building a downline. The MLM industry is changing so rapidly that they will be out of touch with the current demands of building a business if they are not still active. The bottom line is that the company is there to serve and pay the distributor. Without you, they do not exist. Don't be bamboozled by a flash corporate headquarters, private company jets and the like - that is taking money that should be in your pocket.

2. Timing in the industry - over 90% of companies fail within two years and most of the remaining 10% do not last past five years. So should you join a new company? Well someone has to and opinions differ but it is a big risk, so have a plan B. Don't fall for the hype about a 'ground floor' opportunity; it will never be as good as at the beginning etc. Any business should get better as time goes by and it becomes well established. Mind you there may be a kind of plateau point, but that won't be reached for at least fifteen years in most cases.

3. Great products at value prices - you need a really good product, but most companies do have them or they would not survive. What about value prices? Just consider whether you would buy the product if you were not a distributor. If you wouldn't, how easy will it be to build a customer base? Remember that to create residual income you need a repeat sale product, selling every month.

4. Compensation plan - this is not a level playing field. Crunch the numbers to work out how many people you will need in your team actively ordering product to earn ten thousand dollars a month. That will include distributors and regular customers. The lowest figure in the industry is around four hundred and it can be well above ten thousand. The average is about fifteen hundred. Consider also the type of plan you will be working with. Someone who works well in a 'Stair Step Breakaway' may not be suited to a 'Matrix' plan.

5. A system to build your business - and I do not mean being told to make a list of everyone you know! You need a team, a mentor and a coach to work with you. If there is not something in place, provided by the company, can you find established distributors who will give you this?

There is a very high failure rate among people who try to build a network marketing business. For sure some people are just not suited to the entrepreneurial life. Round pegs don't go in square holes. But the above factors have a bearing as well, so do your due diligence and find a good fit.

How To Replace Ball Bearings

Why Do Ball Bearings Need Replacing?

Ball bearings are used in a wide variety of appliances and machinery and they will continue to be used for a long time as they are very inexpensive to manufacture. In theory ball bearings should outlive the piece of machinery but as with everything what should happen in theory rarely happens in real life, mainly due to external variables which often cannot be helped. And so it is often found that when a machine or appliance breaks down it can be because the bearing has failed in one way or another, if this is the case the repair can be expensive and time consuming. On analysis of failure of ball bearings it is often found that the bearing is damaged and needs to be replaced, either from extreme heat exposure or repeated movement on the bearing causing the bearing to become disfigured.

Replacing the bearings is a very tricky job that needs to be done exceptionally carefully. Infact 16% of bearing failures is due to the bearing not being fixed properly in the first place, and so it is imperative the bearing is replaced as it is suppose to be in order to avoid further breakdowns and further damages to the bearing.

How to Replace Ball Bearings?

The process of replacing ball bearings really depends on the appliance you are working with. For example if you are replacing the ball bearing on a car wheel you would remove the wheel and then the wheel hub so you can access the bearings. The bearings are pressed into the hub and so take out the bearings that need replacing, sometimes this will entail taking it to a workshop if a machine is required but it can be done with a drift and a hammer. Once the old bearings are out the new ones can be placed in their spot gently taping them into position, make sure they fit perfectly, bearings are a very precise business, they are measured down to a millionth of an inch, and so accuracy is important. Once they are in place the wheel and wheel hub can be fixed back into position.

Changing the bearings on your skateboard is a little different. Having removed the old bearings take the new bearings and set them into the wheel. Some skateboard bearings have one side coloured, this is the protective side and should go facing outwards to stop dirty and grime from getting into the bearing. Press gently and evenly on the outer rim until it fits flush into the wheel. Attach all bearings in the same way, once they are all in place you can then attach the wheels back on.

Every machine, whether it's electrical or a vehicle, has a different method of replacing their bearings and so it is best to refer to the user manual before you begin for if this is done incorrectly it can result in failure of the machine and it can be become dangerous.

Car Seat problem - any suggestions please?

This is for a Mark 5 Fiesta - basically, the driver seat, where you open the door, there is a tear in my seat - it's actually down the side. It was at first, subtle as well as just a minor, but now it's getting worse and the filling like sponge stuffing is starting to come out.

I am think of getting car seat covers, but have never got them before and I don't know which ones would suit my Fiesta the most - also bearing in mind that I want them to be easy to fit.

I also contemplated the thought of picking up an actual matching ca seat from my local scrap yard - again no clue on what they cost and how east are they to replace and fit ? ?

I just want the fabric ultimately sewn up even before I place a cover on it should I take this option - I want to do this properly and not in cowboy fashion even if it is just an old runaround.

Any suggestions please folks ??

Cheers,
Liverred

you could sew it up for the mean time and put a seat cover on if your not fussed about it, most seat covers are slip on ones so all easy to fit just find a set you like!
if you go down the route of getting a second hand seat from a scrappys, id say no more than £40.
they are relatively easy to fit, however if your not 100% about doing it take it to a small garage and ask them to do it, again it shouldnt be more than £40.
